Hotel overview
Aditya is a boutique hotel located on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. The hotel offers utmost luxury, a personalized service, a spa, swimming pool and the direct access to a private beach. There are 16 suites in all, each uniquely decorated with exotic art and antiques. All rooms boast a private plunge pool or heated Jacuzzis with fantastic ocean views. As part of the personalized service at Aditya you can enjoy a dinner on the beach, an in-room spa treatment or an ocean-facing yoga session. Close by you can also visit a turtle hatchery to witness the hatchlings make their way towards the ocean at certain times of the year.
Types of Rooms
Shanthi Suites:
The Shanthi Suites are located on the ground floor and have their own verandahs with courtyard views and a plunge pool.
Sagara Suites:
The Sagara Suites are located on the upper floor with a plunge pool and spacious balconies from where you can watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean.
Surya Suite:
The Surya Penthouse Suite comprises two levels. The lower level is for living and relaxing and the upper level is for sleeping. This suite has its own enormous, private sun-deck as well as a plunge pool with views over the Indian Ocean.
Pool Suite
At the ground floor of the villa, the pool suite is laid out to impress with authentic art and antiques drawn from Sri Lanka and the region.
Sky Suite
Located majestically on the top floor of the villas, each suite is laid out to impress with authentic art and antiques drawn from Sri Lanka and the region. The highlight of these suites has to be the heated Jacuzzis on the upper deck overlooking an unbeatable view of the ocean.
Villas
Each of the two Villas has a duo of suites, for a grand total of four. In keeping with Aditya tradition, the suites bear unique names – Rudra, Shakti, Vayu and Aditi. The suites on the lower floors have lap pools, while those on the upper floors have Jacuzzis. They all provide breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean from balconies and verandas.
Room Amenities
Each suite is unique in layout and décor, and is appointed with authentic art and antiques drawn from Sri Lanka and the region. All are equipped with a full range of modern features, including air-conditioning, a private plunge pool, king size bed, sitting area, large-screen TV, DVD/CD player, minibar and safe. Bathrooms have walk-in showers or bath tubs, hairdryer, tea & coffee services, his & her sinks, vanity mirrors, a complete set of amenities and more.
