98 Acres Resort and Spa is an elegant, chic hotel that stands on a scenic 98 acre tea estate, surrounded by a stunning landscape. The uniquely designed resort blends well with nature, and has charming chalets consisting of 25 rooms, mostly made of recyclable substance. Discarded railway sleepers are put to good use in the making of decks and walls at the resort. Rough, hewn granite lend simple elegance to the floors of chalets adorned with thatched roofs of ‘Illuk’ straw that adds to their rustic beauty. It offers breathtaking views of the Ella Gap and the Small Adam’s Peak Mountain that makes it one of the most preferred hotels in the hidden city of Ella. The property has a spa, swimming pool and bar.
Types of Rooms
The six Standard Rooms at 98 Acres Resort and Spa are bright and cheery and designed with modern amenities that set it apart from the rest of the hotels Ella has to offer. The titanium finished, polished cement floors offer a certain rustic element to each of the standard .The bathrooms are finished in rubble stone and include a separate traditional stone shower with hot and cold water.
Each of the three spacious Superior Rooms, 12 Premium Deluxe Rooms and three Honeymoon Deluxe Rooms has its own private living area and offer breathtaking views of the Ella Gap. The balcony/verandah is ideal for lingering over breakfast, to watch a sunrise or to simply gaze at the magnificent Ella mountain range surrounded by well-maintained tea plantations.
Green Land Suite is spacious & offer direct views of the Ella gap. The suite is equipped with a kitchen & pantry with cooking facilities with all cooking equipment's provided in the room with cutlery & crockery.
