Hotel overview
The Four Seasons Buenos Aires is in fact two fabulous properties in one; there is the 12-story ‘Park’ tower, which houses the majority of the guest rooms, and the turn-of-the-20th-century Louis XIII-style ‘La Mansión’ with seven elegant suites and a handful of private event rooms. A French-style garden and a pool separate the two buildings.
The rooms are all large and come with simple dark furnishings contrasted with light carpeting and other material. The hotel's restaurant, ‘Le Mistral’, serves excellent Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant, casual environment. Spacious guest rooms offer atypical amenities like walk-in closets, wet and dry bars, stereo systems, and cell phones. Large marble bathrooms contain separate showers and water-jet bathtubs. The Health Club at Four Seasons offers a full range of massages and spa treatments based on natural products from mother earth, also called in times of the Inca civilization pachamama. These treatments are designed to relax, invigorate, detoxify and heal. Facilities include locker rooms, a dry sauna, a steam bath and a relaxing area.

Mansion View Guest Rooms
Rooms are spacious (40sqm) and bright, with a view to the City, the Mansion, the hotel gardens and the 9 de Julio Avenue. Soft brown and bordeaux hues were chosen for the decoration, as well as materials such as wood, leather and alpaca. This room is equipped with polo inspired furniture, a king bed, 42-inch HD flat screen TV and a modern desk. The marble clad master bathroom features an HD TV mirror, an independent deep soaking bath tub, and a rain shower enclosure with a mirror. Sliding leather doors integrate the bathroom to the rest of the room, adding light and space.
City View Guest Rooms

All Junior Suites, with a view of the mansion, the gardens and 9 de Julio Avenue, are spacious (60sqm) and bright. Soft brown and blue hues were chosen for the decoration, as well as materials such as wood, leather and alpaca with details inspired by the polo lifestyle. "L" shaped rooms integrate the two areas, classic yet contemporary decoration, living room and bedroom, two 42-inch HD flat screen TVs. This room has floor to ceiling windows, a comfortable sofa bed and a large working desk.
Mansion View One Bedroom Suite
This suite imitates a real Recoleta apartment (80sqm), with a view over the Mansion, the gardens and 9 de Julio Avenue. Brown and bordeaux hues were chosen for the decoration, as well as materials such as wood, leather and alpaca with details inspired by the polo lifestyle. The suite features a living room, a guest-bathroom, master bedroom with king bed and walk-in closet and master bathroom a TV mirror over double sink marble vanity, an independent deep soaking bath tub, rain shower enclosure with a mirror and sliding doors to integrate the bathroom to the rest of the room, adding light and space.
City View One Bedroom Suite
This suite imitates a real Recoleta apartment (80sqm), with open views to the city and river. Soft brown and bordeaux were the tones chosen for the decoration, as well as wood, leather and alpaca with details inspired by polo. The suite features a living room, a guest-bathroom, master bedroom with king bed and walk-in closet, and master bathroom featering a TV mirror over the double sink marble vanity, an independent deep soaking bath tub, rain shower enclosure with a mirror and sliding doors to integrate the bathroom to the rest of the room, adding light and space.
E-lounge
Guest rooms and suites on the 7th and 8th floor have access to the E-Lounge. Located on the 7th floor, the E-Lounge is a spacious and exclusive living room with a view of the city, and during a clear day, a glimpse of Rio de la Plata. It provides premium internet service, a Nespresso coffee machine, water and soft drinks. The 7th and 8th floors are connected by a curious spiral staircase. During mornings, the hotel offers coffee and pastry service and in the afternoon an Argentine wine selection with a combination of mixed nuts and snacks from the charcuterie.
La Mansión
Félix de Álzaga Unzué built La Mansión in 1920 as a wedding gift for his wife Elena Peña Unzué. La Mansión is recognized as one of the best examples of French architecture in Buenos Aires. It currently houses seven exclusive suites and function rooms for social events in the city.
La Mansión Presidential Suite (180sqm)
The opulent suite is the grandest setting for living, working and entertaining. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and enjoy views of the garden, pool, tower and Jockey Club. Features include a spacious balcony, an elegant dining room that seats 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom with king bed and ensuite marble clad bathroom with deep bath tub, separate shower, dressing table and toilet.
La Mansión Royale Suites
These suites offer 102sqm and enticing views of the garden, the Roman style pool and the Jockey Club. The balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and offer a spacious dresser with mirror, and a separate dressing room . The opulent marble bathrooms offer a deep bath tub and a shower, and a separate dressing table and toilet.
La Mansión Ambassador Suites
These spacious (78sqm), French inspired suites include a living room with a working desk, with two telephone lines, a fax machine and wired or wireless internet connection. The bedroom has a king bed and is equipped with a flat screen LCD television and a comfortable dressing table. The opulent Italian-marble bathrooms include a deep bath tub and a shower, and a separate dressing table and toilet.
La Mansión Executive Diplomatic Suite
This French-country style Suite (60sqm) is located on the second floor of La Mansión. The sitting room includes a comfortable working desk with wired and wireless internet connection. There are also two telephone lines, a flat LCD television with cable, a DVD and a CD player. The main room has a king bed or two twin beds, a comfortable dressing table and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The full Italian marble bathroom includes a lavish vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower, as well as WC.
La Mansión Diplomatic Premier Suite
It offers 55 m2 (592 square feet) and is located on the second floor of La Mansión. It boasts French Classical Décor. The main bedroom has a king bed and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The full Italian marble bathroom includes a lavish vanity, a soaking tub and separate shower, as well as WC. This room may be connected with the Diplomatic Suite.
