Day 1 - Arrive Macau
Today you will transfer by high-speed conveyance (Turbo Cat or Jumbo Cat) from Hong Kong to Macau. On arrival and after clearing arrival formalities (please be sure to carry your passport) you are met and transferred to your hotel.
Overnight: Mandarin Oriental Macau
Day 2 - Macau
Embark on a full-day orientation of Macau that spans the centuries of its diverse history. The place to start is the informative Macau Museum housed in the former fortress that features a series of interesting dioramas and exhibitions that cover many important scenes from Macau’s history. Then visit the ruins of St. Paul’s Church, once one of the most beautiful colonial Catholic cathedrals in East Asia. You will spend time exploring the Historic Center which brings together a series of colonial Portuguese and Chinese buildings that attest to the remarkable history of the territory.
Leave the past and jump to the future when you take in the stunning views of Macau and the Pearl River Delta from the observation deck in the Macao Tower (338 metres or 1,109 feet) which also has the world’s highest bungee jump (233 metres or 764 feet). From there visit the ornate A-Ma Temple dedicated to goddess of the sea and end the day with a performance of “House of Dancing Water” which can only be described as a stunning display of daring stunts performed in and around a tank holding 3.7 million gallons of water.

Day 3 - Macau
Today is devoted to the culinary culture of Macau that melded Chinese, Portuguese and other colonial cooking traditions. Begin with a foodie tour on Taipa Island taking in the best of traditional Cantonese snack foods from almond cakes, spring rolls, cured beef and pork jerky to the sweetly scented almond cakes.
Then sample the melding of the flavors of east and west that include some of Macau’s most distinctive dishes like African chicken, pork chop buns and beef noodles.
The day is a celebration of all things gastronomic in Macau.

Day 4 - Macau
Enjoy your final day at leisure either setting off for some further exploration of Macau or relaxing at your hotel or perhaps trying your luck in one of the territory’s world-famous casinos.

Today you will be met and transferred to the ferry pier where, after clearing departure formalities, you board your high-speed conveyance back to Hong Kong.
