Singapore is open to all fully vaccinated travelers arriving from any country

Entry Requirements

For fully vaccinated travelers:

  • Provide proof of full vaccination. The list of accepted vaccines can be found here

Children aged 12 and under are exempt from this requirement

  • Submit health, travel history and accommodation declarations electronically via the SG Arrival Card e-service, within 3 days prior to arrival and adhere to the prevailing public health measures while in Singapore

For non-vaccinated travelers:

  • Complete a pre-departure COVID-19 test within two days prior to departure to Singapore (either a COVID-19 PCR test OR Antigen Rapid Test (ART) administered by a trained professional)
  • A pre-departure test is not required if the traveler tested positive for COVID-19 between 14 and 90 days before their date of departure for Singapore. Check your pre-departure exemption status and documentation required via this tool.

Please note:

  • Normal visa requirements still apply; travelers must follow the usual process to ensure they are eligible for visa-free entry or obtain a relevant visa prior to arrival
  • Travelers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the cost of any COVID-19-related medical treatment and hospitalization while in Singapore
  • If a traveler is symptomatic on arrival, a COVID-19 test may be conducted at the airport. Each Antigen Rapid Test (ART) administered cost SGD $30, while each COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction Test (PCR Test) will cost SGD $138
  • This information is subject to change and travelers are advised to check Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) website for the most current requirements for entry

  • Dining and entertainment venues are permitted to operate under normal conditions with no restrictions on group size or capacity
